Fire Alarms

An apartment building fire is a very serious event. Those flames can get out of control quickly and destroy everything in their path including humans. That is why I will never understand why some people treat fire alarms with such a casual disrespect. So what if the alarm is ringing loudly? Some people are more concerned with the fact that the noise is disturbing their favorite TV show. Granted there are a lot of false alarms but I would rather react to a false alarm then ignore the real thing and lose my life.
