In the majority of homes in North America there is a very useful device. It can entertain you, babysit your kids – though that isn’t considered good parenting – play the latest DVD release and even educate the watcher. Of course I am talking about televisions. I would say those little boxes but a lot of them ain’t so little anymore. And what they can do is phenomenal. Being disabled I spend a lot of time listening and watching the boob tube and I am grateful for. My life would be pretty lonely without it.
