If I were able to buy my own home and decorate it the way I wish, I am almost certain that I would have items that were functional, different, elegant and warm looking. I would have ceiling fans because they can be used to warm the room or cool it. I would replace some overhead glaring lights with a soft shining sconce. I would add these classic looking light fixtures wherever I thought they would look good. I would love to have a home that was not only warm and inviting but also elegant and somewhat sophisticated. Knowing myself though I would have to have some wild colors and accents to make myself feel at home.
