Ok, here's what I look like today. The first day of my challenge and I have a lot of work to do. Right now, my body fat percentage is at 31 (though I think it is actually higher) my BMI is at 35.3m which is obese class 2. My waist to hip ratio is good though. .82.
I want to have my body fat% down to between 14 And 20%? That would make it in the athlete range. However, I will be content with a body fat percentage of between 21 and 24% - fitness levels.
Eventually, I want to weigh between 120 and 130. That means I am going to lose between 72.8 and 62.8 pounds. Then I would have a BMI of 21.9 to 23.8. A healthy range. So I have work to do but I will do it.
